We do not have a single rate card. Discovery engagements are fixed price. Project delivery is scoped per engagement. Fractional and retainer engagements are billed monthly. After a short call you get a written proposal with everything spelled out.
We work exclusively in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and hold 10 active Microsoft certifications across Expert, Associate, Specialty, and Fundamentals levels. Formal Microsoft Solutions Partner accreditation is on our roadmap.
Yes, often. Many engagements sit alongside an internal platform team or an existing managed service provider. We bring senior depth in specific Microsoft areas, not a parallel operations function.
Yes, as standard. Mutual NDA before any technical discussion. A DPA is part of every engagement that touches your data. We are happy to work to your templates.
No, deliberately. Caellix works to defined deliverables, not headcount. If you need bodies on seats for an extended period, we will point you to firms that do that well.
We agree a written change-request process at kickoff. Minor changes are absorbed. Material changes get a brief written delta and your sign-off before we proceed.
Based in Poland, with EU-wide delivery. We work remotely as default; on-site visits happen when the engagement calls for it. Working languages: English and Polish.
